We strive to strike a balance between providing quality accommodations to tourists and meet the City of Niagara Falls’ standards for permitted vacation rentals within historic residential neighborhoods it is important to note the following are not permitted as a small business in high demand we must enforce all governing ordinances through our policies: NO SMOKING, PETS, PARTIES OR EVENTS. We do not accept 1-day rentals during weekends (Friday, Saturday or Sunday). In order to facilitate smooth transition of properties between guests we have strict check-out and check-in times. Check-out is at 10am and check-in is after 4pm. Check-in procedures: Only the guest who made the booking can check-in and receive the keys or code. You must be 25 years of age to rent. All occupants’ names and ages must be emailed to us at least 1 week prior to check in. This is also to comply with the City of Niagara Falls Guests Register that must be keep. Only those guests are permitted on the property. No changes can be made to reservation within 7 days of check in. Late check-in can be facilitated if coordinated at least 1 week in advance, we cannot be responsible for your travel delays. Failure to check-in on time will be considered a no-show. ID must be shown, and full balance paid before check in information will be provided, rental contracts must sign and sent back within 14 days in advance if time permits. Failure to comply with guest obligations will result in immediate cancelation. Check-out procedures: Guest must have property ready by 10am IAW the rental contract. Ownership or designated representative will do a house inspection after guests have left property. Deposit will be returned in 72 hours provided there has been no damage and contract violations. Failure to check-out on time will result in another day’s rental being deducted from the deposit in addition to any other damages noted. While our policies are non-negotiable and strictly enforced, we are professional and courteous and have learned over time that this is the best way to ensure we have great guests staying in our quality accommodations.
